You may not be matched with the mortgage lender or broker
making a specific offer. You also permit our company
or a related company to contact or send you periodic
updates of mortgage or other information. By using this
site and submitting your request, you have read, understood

2 : The $625.00 payment is an example as of May 19, 2008
based on an interest only payment for a 30 year mortgage
term for $150,000 with an interest rate of 5.00% fixed
for five years, then adjusts after the initial five year
period, and an APR (Annual Percentage Rate) of 5.672%;
an LTV of 80%; full documentation; a one percent (1%) origination
fee; a single family residence; a credit score of 720;
closing costs to be paid by the borrower; excludes tax
and insurance payments; as well as may include other assumptions.
The first sixty payments (twelve payments per year for
five years) would be at $625.00. After the initial five
year period, the mortgage will recast for the remaining
twenty five years, which will increase the monthly payment
over the remaining term, and the mortgage payment may also
increase or decrease depending on the fully indexed interest
rate that will be based on the one year Libor index, which
is currently at 3.081% as of 5/19/2008, plus a margin of
2.25%, with the fully index rate currently at 5.331% and
adjusting annually. Program can include a floor and maximum
rate. Other terms and conditions may apply. You may not
be matched with the lender(s) or mortgage entity (ies)
making this specific offer, some lenders may not offer
this program in general or in certain states, and/or lender(s)
could change their mortgage rates and/or guidelines daily.
Mortgages, interest rates, costs (origination, processing,
and other costs), terms, and conditions offered by lenders
or mortgage entities in response to a consumer’s
inquiry, are subject to the approval and qualification
as defined by the lender and are subject to change at any
time without notice by the lender. In addition, the actual
interest rate, APR, payment, terms, and program you are
offered or discuss may vary from the above example and
may not be offered depending on the mortgage entity with
whom you hold discussions and select, the mortgage program
you select, rates available at that time you hold discussions
and lock your rate, the closing costs quoted by the mortgage
entity, and other industry and mortgage entity factors
as well as those factors, including but not limited to
your: 1) Credit History, 2) Type of collateral offered,
3) Documentation and Verification of income and other items
related to creditworthiness and, 4) Location and Property
Type, 5) Eligibility and availability for certain programs
offered based on State or local laws, investor and lender
product availability, and 5) other factors. Not all consumers
will qualify for any rates and terms as well as rates,
APR, and terms may change until locked by the lender or
mortgage entity.
3 : Participating mortgage lenders and brokers are required
to comply with all Federal, State, and local laws, including
those governing equal opportunity lending, and fair housing.

directly to opt into their do not call list.
4 : Your Information Sheet may be provided to more than
four mortgage professionals in certain situations as explained
in the user agreement.
5 : Your Information Sheet can only be used for the purposes
defined in the user agreement and unauthorized Licensed
or unlicensed Mortgage professionals, lead professionals
or others using this form for any purpose other than those
outlined in the user agreement understand the actions that
may follow as outlined in the User
Agreement.
